Ansys Engineering Copilot User Notice

Your use of Ansys Engineering Copilot is subject to this Ansys Engineering Copilot User Notice (the “Notice”) and the restrictions of the software license agreement governing your access to Ansys Engineering Copilot. Ansys may revise this Notice at any time in its sole discretion without notice. Failure to comply with this Notice may result in the removal or suspension of your access to Ansys Engineering Copilot. Please read this Notice carefully.

Ansys Engineering Copilot is intended to support your use of separately licensed Ansys software. Ansys Engineering Copilot can be used to access Ansys Innovation Course, Ansys Learning Forum, Ansys Support, and AnsysGPT (collectively the “Ansys Engineering Copilot Applications”) directly from certain Ansys software. Ansys Engineering Copilot does not have access to your simulation data, settings, or actions taken within the Ansys software outside of the Ansys Engineering Copilot Applications.

As you use Ansys Engineering Copilot, please consider the following:

• You must have a valid AnsysID and be connected to the Internet to access Ansys Engineering Copilot.
• Ansys Learning Forum is a public forum. Any information you post on the Learning Forum via Ansys Engineering Copilot is publicly available. Your use of the Ansys Learning Forum within Ansys Engineering Copilot is subject to the Forum Rules and Guidelines. Failure to comply with the Forum Rules and Guidelines may result in the removal or suspension of your access to Ansys Engineering Copilot.
• Your use of Ansys Innovation Courses with Ansys Engineering Copilot is subject to the Ansys Innovation Space Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the Ansys Innovation Space Terms of Use may result in the removal or suspension of your access to Ansys Engineering Copilot.
• Your use of AnsysGPT within Ansys Engineering Copilot is subject to the AnsysGPT User Notice. Failure to comply with the AnsysGPT User Notice may result in the removal or suspension of your access to Ansys Engineering Copilot.

Your use of the Ansys Engineering Copilot is subject to the following requirements and guidelines:

• You shall not share your AnsysID credentials with anyone else.
• You shall not use Ansys Engineering Copilot in any way that is prohibited by law, regulation, government order, or decree, or any use that violates the rights of others.
• You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct or activity that restricts or inhibits any other user from using Ansys Engineering Copilot.
• You shall not upload or transmit any material via Ansys Engineering Copilot that infringes or misappropriates any person’s copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret, nor should you disclose any information that would constitute a violation of any confidentiality obligations you may have to Ansys or to any third party.
• You shall not use Ansys Engineering Copilot for any application where a failure of the Platform could result in death, serious injury, environmental damage or property damage, for automated decision-making that has legal or similar significant effects on individuals, or for purposes or with effects that are discriminatory, harassing, harmful, or unethical.
